Summary:
As young adults all over America slowly ease off of the Affordable Care Act's aid, they are clueless in their health insurance related encounters. Most not understanding even the most common of terms such as co-pay or deductible. Finding a healthcare plan is another story...
With AI powered health insurance evaluation and a gamified learning experience, this project aims to bring awareness and educate those who need it the most and more.
Results
User testing and feedback on our mid-fidelity prototypes proved the gamification was successful in garnering young adult's interest and comprehension of health insurance terms and concepts. The AI health insurance evaluator/assistant was well received but will be further iterated.
